Would You Rather? A CPM Gameshow

Would you rather inherit a high-functioning team who refuses to trust you, a low-functioning team that doesn't seem to know you are there, or a dysfunctional team with "potential"? Which scenario has CPM best prepared you to handle? In this game, the audience votes on their preferred hypothetical situations and then competes as teams to find the most popular answers (and avoid the least popular ones).

Patrick Lange works as a Business Analyst for the Florida Department of Transportation where he leads new employee orientation and assists with or leads other training and professional development opportunities. He is passionate about public service and servant leadership. He graduated from Florida State University with a focus on Art History. When not at work you can find him riding his mountain bike in the woods.
