Leading others without formal Power can be very challenging. Join me in a discussion on leading others by overcoming those challenges.
Lori has been with the Office of the State Attorney, Second Judicial Circuit, for nearly 12 years. She is currently a Florida Registered Paralegal and as you have already guessed, a Certified Public Manager.
The short story of her life is that she is a stay-at-home mom
*turned amateur age-group triathlete,
*turned Ironman and Team USA triathlete,
*turned paralegal,
*turned Certified Public Manager,
*turned Master of Public Administration,
*seeking a Juris Masters in 2026.
Lori held positional authority as a supervisor almost 30 years ago as an American Eagle Outfitters retail store manager. She found her way into endurance sports coaching in the most humble and organic of ways, she just “ran beside” other people. She helped get them to their finish lines. It was easy for her and still is.
It is a gift to mentor and teach others – this, she values and holds dear in her heart. She Practices this every day and wants to be the person everyone goes to for help and guidance.
