A Case for Conflict: Reframing conflict as a leadership necessity, not a liability
This leadership session is designed to reframe conflict not as something to fear, but as something to skillfully embrace. Drawing on the work of Brené Brown, Patrick Lencioni, Kim Scott, James Autry, Stephen Covey, and Kouzes & Posner, this session explores how healthy conflict strengthens trust, fuels clarity, and builds team culture. Through self-reflection and practical discussion, leaders will examine how their own conflict patterns impact others and discover strategies for leading through discomfort with courage and care. This session also weaves together core insights from the previous seven levels of leadership development—reinforcing the mindset, trust-building, feedback, and communication tools that set the foundation for addressing conflict with confidence.
