Gordon's extensive career includes a commendable 31-year tenure with the City of Tallahassee, where he held key roles such as Underground Utilities and Public Infrastructure Chief, Financial Services Manager, and Administrative Services Manager, and most importantly, earned his CPM. Gordon is recognized for his expertise in Baldrige and Sterling performance excellence principles and serves as a Master Examiner for the Sterling Council. He has proven skills in accounting, auditing, budgeting, finance, and general project management.
