Would You Rather? A CPM Gameshow

Would you rather inherit a high-functioning team who refuses to trust you, a low-functioning team that doesn't seem to know you are there, or a dysfunctional team with "potential"? Which scenario has CPM best prepared you to handle? In this game, the audience votes on their preferred hypothetical situations and then competes as teams to find the most popular answers (and avoid the least popular ones).

Chris Murphy is the Policy & Process Management Supervisor in the Organizational Development Office at the Florida Department of Transportation. He is originally from southeast Alabama but moved to Tallahassee and started with State of Florida in 2015 at the Division of Retirement (Department of Management Services). He has a background in project management, information technology, English, and philosophy. When not drafting procedures or working on processes, he enjoys video games, movies, reading, and old technology.
