Bingo Boards & Boss Moves: Turning CPM Lessons Into Real-World Execution

Let’s be clear—completing the CPM program is such an accomplishment. Applying what you learned after the fact? That’s a whole different story.

In this high-impact, real-talk session, I’m pulling back the curtain on how I turned key CPM concepts—strategic planning, systems thinking, process improvement, people development, and performance alignment—into a visual, practical, repeatable system that helps me, and my team execute big goals without the burnout.

Introducing Bingo Boards & Boss Moves—my signature strategy framework rooted in the 12-Week Year that blends planning, accountability, team alignment, and AI integration into one cohesive execution model. Whether you’re running a program, leading a team, or just trying to manage your own list of goals, this session will give you the blueprint to get it done with intentionality.

What You’ll Learn:

•             How I applied CPM learning in real time—beyond the binder—to lead change, manage projects, and build team strategy

•             A breakdown of the 12-Week Year and how condensing timelines helps cut through noise and focus on what matters

•             How the Bingo Board Method keeps progress visible, momentum flowing, and your strategy front and center

•             How I use Trello to organize chaos and build collaborative workflows across shifting priorities

•             Where AI steps in as a creative partner—helping me boost creativity, think faster, and pivot with less pressure

•             The power of your tribe—aka your team—and how to activate high-performance and accountability without micromanaging

Audience Fit:

This session is equal parts strategy, story, and straight talk—and whether you’re new to the application of CPM or been living in the work, it’ll spark something in how you lead, plan, and execute. This session is designed for new CPM graduates seeking to apply their learning practically and purposefully. It is also ideal for those in leadership roles, managing teams, or leading complex change projects across the organization.
