Level 8 and graduation will be held at the Urban League of Broward County.
Days 1&2, business casual, jeans are acceptable check with your agency for dress code requirements.
Day 3, Although there is no dress code for the graduates, most prefer to dress in business attire. If there are dress code requirements for your organization, check with them (such as Class A).
Weather in Florida in unpredictable, you may want to bring an umbrella. Having a sweater available is recommended, the buildings can be cool inside.
Attendance at Level 8 is mandatory and counts towards the 300 contact hours required by the CPM National Consortium to earn your CPM. We will be taking attendance each day. You will check in through the FCPM website as you have for previous levels.
During Tuesday and Wednesday all parking is at the Urban League's parking spaces.
For graduation day, extra parking is available at the Library so guests can park there as well.
The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 1:15pm EST on Thursday August 20th and expected to be over no later than 3:30pm EST. The graduation ceremony is free for family, friends and co-workers to attend. Although there is no dress code for the graduates, most prefer to dress in business attire. The stage presence during the ceremony is limited to the graduate, one senior leader representative from the graduate’s agency and the CPM director. There will be a limited amount of time for post ceremony group photos on the stage.
