Now that you have graduated from CPM, how can you use the knowledge you gained to help foster and be the change you want to see whether in your professional or personal life.
Monifa Godfrey-Baker is a native of Jamaica but spent most of her life in Chicago, IL before relocating to South Florida. She has been employed with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in various roles most recently as the District Human Resources Management Consultant and as the District Intern Coordinator. In addition to graduating from FDOT’s Supervisor, Management, and Leadership Academies, Monifa is a proud CPM graduate, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Supervision & Management – Project Management from Broward College and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She is a proud Florida A&M University mom as she has one past, one current, and one future Rattler.
