Inder will explore how personal growth became the catalyst for broader transformation. Drawing on pivotal moments from her journey—personal and professional—she discovered that true, sustainable change springs from self-awareness, empathy, and intentional development. In this session, she’ll weave those real-world experiences with core Florida CPM lessons, showing how the same principles that guided her own evolution can empower others to spark positive impact on our teams and organizations
