Why Your Why Matters
WHY does “Your Why” matter most?! We know what our organizations do. We also know what we do within our organizations. But do you know the Why? It’s more than just because it’s your responsibility. Whether it's ensuring Public Safety, building Florida’s Roads and Bridges, educating Florida’s Children, or managing Public Health during a pandemic, we all know what we do is of the utmost importance. But why? Have you asked yourself this question lately?
In this interactive session, understanding the root of Why, we can better motivate ourselves, our teams, and the organizations we serve.
