Cindy is the Training & Development Manager for the Hillsborough County Tax Collector’s office.

She is a graduate of the Florida State University’s Certified Public Manager program and is the Treasurer for the Florida Society of Certified Public Managers (FSCPM), as well as the Treasurer and Recognition and Awards Officer for the FSCPM Suncoast chapter. In addition, she is the coalition chair for the FTCA Training Coalition.

Cindy is a Sterling Master Examiner, a Sterling Examiner trainer and facilitator, and on the Sterling Council’s Conference Committee. She holds a Bachelor’s in Supervision and Management; and other professional certifications including CPM, CSM, and Certified Florida Collectors’ Assistant from the Department of Revenue.
