Can We Talk? Encouraging the Heart: From Page to Practice
Inspired by Encouraging the Heart, in this session we'll discuss what happens when leadership principles move beyond the pages of a book and into the realities of the workplace. Together, we'll revisit the lessons from the book, exchange ideas and experiences, and discuss what worked, what didn't, and the lessons learned while building trust, recognizing others, and creating workplaces where people feel valued, motivated, and inspired.
