Navigating Change and Building Resilience: Leading Through Uncertainty with Confidence
Julie Wood is a Training Ambassador with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ (FDACS) Division of Consumer Services. She is a dedicated public servant who has served in a wide variety of communication and training roles with the state of Florida for over 20 years. Julie is a national keynote speaker, designated Master Trainer with the Association of Talent Development (ATD), designated ATD Master Instructional Designer, designated Certified Public Manager and Certified Supervisory Manager from the Florida Center for Public Management at Florida State University, certified ATD Change Management facilitator, DISC facilitator, and private national Leadership Development and Training Consultant. Julie has previously served as a board member and Vice President of Membership with the ATD Tallahassee chapter, and she has also served as the Training Director and previous Chair of the Leadership Development and Training Committee with the Junior League of Tallahassee. When Julie’s not training, volunteering or behind a computer, you can find her hiking outdoors, spending time with her family and dogs, and planning the next big adventure with her husband, Leonard.
